Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides services and/or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill and provides effective and efficient patient care. Participates in ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patient. Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs at appropriate time points as assigned.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participates in ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the client while following the plan of care outlined by the physician. Monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition. Changing dressings or inserting catheters. Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation. Assisting with tests or procedures.

Physical & Occupational Therapy.

Provide services for the purpose of treating impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function and health status for patients normally performed in their home, schools, or occupational settings.

Home Health Aide (HHA)
